OUR PRODUCTS

Apple:

Our apple garden is founded upon an area of 5 decares. All our trees have certificates and they are whether shrubs or half-shrubs. Their species are Granny Smith, Fuji, Gala and Muscatel. We are placing a sheet of net in summer because excessive sun and heath can ruin the apples. In 2009, our apple garden was expanded to 10 decares with new trees.

Apricot:

We have Şekerpare (means: small cakes with syrup), Bitirgen (means: can run out quickly) and Malatya (means: a city of Turkey) apricots which are more than 40 years old. These trees do not give a lot of fruits but we cultivate them in order to maintain the natural order.

Grapes:
We are not cultivating the grapes in hangings but directly on the earth. This is not a method largely used. We have 40 years old Dimrit, Çavuş Üzümü (a sweet white grape), Goat Grape, Karaburcu (a black grape) and Bride Grape. Also we have been cultivating Cabarnet Savinion Grapes since 2008.

Except the trees we have mentioned above, we have also a 70 decares garden filled with peach, nectarine, plum, quince, almond and walnut trees and also with eleagnus trees as a border tree. Some of our trees are pricked in 2009 and some of them have started to produce fruits. We are also producing tomatoes, pepper, aubergine, zucchini, beans, russian cucumber, melon, watermelon and strawberry on a small scale.
